The Experience
Design Consultation
Once we get your contract signed, session scheduled and booking retainer paid, we will set up a in-studio consultation to chat about our session plans! What do you have in mind? What creative ideas do I have in mind? What products are you interested in and where would you like to hang your artwork in your home?
Session Time
It’s finally time for your session! Your job? Relax and have fun making these memories! Your session will be in my fully stocked studio or on location(s) we discussed in your consultation.
Viewing and Ordering Session
We will have set up this session for 7-10 days after your actual shooting session, for a time that works for everyone in the family that would like to order. You’ll come back to my studio to relax, munch on goodies and enjoy viewing your beautiful photographs in a custom slideshow or on my reveal wall! No stress, as I will help guide you through choosing which products to display in your home, as well as any little extras you’d like to get for friends and family! I will be showing you the best images from your session. I ask that you please have all decision makers present, as you will be placing your order at this session - payment will also be required at this time.
Delivery
If you chose the folio mats prior to the reveal session, you will be able to take those home with you the day of! Your other products and digital files will be ready for delivery within two weeks after your ordering session. This allows me time to knock out any major touch-ups and get your images processed and ordered. Please allow up to 4 weeks for custom albums. Once your products arrive, I will give you a holler and we can arrange for you to swing by and pick up at my studio!

YOU create your own unique collection with my guidance that fits your home and style. You will choose your products, grab the digitals that match, and then choose any add-ons! Boom. That simple!
Most of my clients invest a minimum of 400 in their artwork.
Session Fee
Your session fee includes an in-person or phone consultation, guidance and session planning directly with Callie, one to two hour session (depending on booking), travel is included within a 60 mile radius of Springhill (all your major cities of Shreveport, Texarkana, Hope, El Dorado and Ruston included), reveal and order session 7-10 days after your session, access to all my quality props and wardrobe, and reveal videos. They do NOT include digital files or products.
PORTRAIT, FAMILY, & MATERNITY | $150
Immediate family only. $25 each additional person. Outdoor location discussed during consultation. Up to one hour. Up to two outfits.
MILESTONE | $150
Four months to Eighteen. Up to three outfits. Parents and siblings may be a part of this, but focus will be mainly on child. Add $50 for Cake Smash (cake and background/props included - outdoors or in studio) Up to one hour. *Adult Cake Smash sessions are available as well!
LIFESTYLE FAMILY & NEWBORN | $150-250
These sessions are photographed in your home and do NOT involve posed/wrapped newborn shots. It will focus on the interaction between your family and the pure simplicity of your life. *Please be sure that your home has plenty of natural light as I won't bring lighting to this type of session. **I have some amazing baby whisperers I refer out for posed newborns; if that’s the style you’re interested in, I would love to send you their info!
***Session Fee’s do NOT include any digitals or products. These are sold seperately. $100 discount if booked on a weekday.
I recommend scheduling your milestone for 3-4 weeks prior to party to ensure prompt delivery for invitations. If you are close to the wire, please contact me just in case. I try very hard to accommodate all clients, but availability is limited to guarantee you get the best experience. Outdoor sessions tend to be held roughly 2 hours before sunset; sessions are currently held on weekday evenings and some Saturdays.
** Limited Edition Mini Sessions are only available during peak times such as spring and fall and are very limited. Info about these will be posted via Facebook & Instagram.
