The Experience
Design Consultation
Once we get your contract signed, session scheduled and booking retainer paid, we will set up a in-studio consultation to chat about our session plans! What do you have in mind? What creative ideas do I have in mind? What products are you interested in and where would you like to hang your artwork in your home?
Session Time
It’s finally time for your session! Your job? Relax and have fun making these memories! Your session will be in my fully stocked studio or on location(s) we discussed in your consultation.
Viewing and Ordering Session
We will have set up this session for 7-10 days after your actual shooting session, for a time that works for everyone in the family that would like to order. You’ll come back to my studio to relax, munch on goodies and enjoy viewing your beautiful photographs in a custom slideshow or on my reveal wall! No stress, as I will help guide you through choosing which products to display in your home, as well as any little extras you’d like to get for friends and family! I will be showing you the best images from your session. I ask that you please have all decision makers present, as you will be placing your order at this session - payment will also be required at this time.
Delivery
If you chose the folio mats prior to the reveal session, you will be able to take those home with you the day of! Your other products and digital files will be ready for delivery within two to four weeks after your ordering session. This allows me time to knock out any major touch-ups and get your images processed and ordered. Please allow up to 4 weeks for custom albums. Once your products arrive, I will give you a holler and we can arrange for you to swing by and pick up at my studio!
Getting you in your element…
I think my favorite thing about Seniors is being able to capture you doing you. I know life seems like it’s just getting started, but this year is going to go by so fast! I want you to be able to look back and remember the way you felt when you put that gear on, sat on that piano bench, or stood in front of that crowd on Friday night.
Session Fee
Your session fee includes an in-person or phone consultation, guidance and session planning directly with Callie, one to two hour session (depending on booking), travel is included within a 60 mile radius of Springhill (all your major cities of Shreveport, Texarkana, Hope, El Dorado and Ruston included), reveal and order session 7-10 days after your session, access to all my quality props and wardrobe, and reveal videos. They do NOT include digital files or products.
SENIOR {BASIC} | $150
Up to one hour session, one location (outdoor OR my studio), two outfits. Senior Only. Add additional family/friend for $25.
SENIOR {FAB} | $175
Up to two hour session, multiple locations (outdoor and/or my studio), as many outfits as we can fit into the allotted time (most tend to knock out 3-5 outfits). Senior may have one additional person in a few shots during this session.
SENIOR {EXTRA} | $250
Up to two hour session, multiple locations (outdoor and/or my studio), as many outfits as we can fit into the allotted time (most tend to knock out 3-5 outfits). Senior may have one additional person in a few shots during this session. (Senior FAB session) plus one additional 30 minute mini, one location (outdoor OR my studio, one outfit.
Add additional 30 minute mini’s to Fab or Extra Package for $75 each; Add 30 minute mini to Basic Package for $100.

YOU create your own unique collection with my guidance that fits your home and style. You will choose your products, snag the digitals that match, and then choose any add-ons! Boom. That simple!
Most of my seniors tend to invest a minimum of 500 in their artwork.
I recommend booking 6-8 weeks in advance of when you'd like your session. If you are close to the wire, please contact me just in case. I try very hard to accommodate all clients, but availability is limited to guarantee you get the experience you deserve. Senior Sessions are currently held on weekday evenings and some Saturdays through the end of March for the current graduating class.
